Probie Training

First-year probationary analysts undergo a 10-week training to learn the fundamentals of accounting, valuation, and other finance concepts.

Second-year students can participate in our Wall Street Workshop, a program designed to provide mentorship and prepare them for the recruitment process.

Second Year

Projects

Probationary analysts conclude their training period by presenting a capstone project. Analysts then work with associates within an industry group to deliver a stock pitch each semester.
